The dress has a peasent blouse neckline. This is a very flattering style both with small or big bust sizes. And you can adjust the neckline just to your liking from rather modest to daring. You can have trim at the neckline similar to the one in the pictures.

From underbust to waist the dress can be adjusted with front and back lacing in a corset style. This way you can distribute the fabric evenly and it will look very nice. You can even wear a corset underneath. Or some additional layer of clothing for a colder day.

The skirt is very wide. You can even wear a petticoat underneath if you want to.

This dress has rather narrow sleeves. These look elegant but are way more practical than the wide and long elven ones. Just think about getting something from a buffet at a wedding.

dupioni silk (100% silk): A beautiful silk with some slight slubs in the weave. This fabric is stiffer than cotton or linen. Dupioni comes in a wide range of colors. Dry clean only.
cotton velvet (100% cotton): A very luxurious fabric with a soft surface. Drapes gracefully and looks always stunning. Limited choice of colors. Can be machine washed or just brush out any dirt.
