Return and Refund Policy

Because each piece is made to order, please check the Size Chart or contact us before ordering. If something isn't right, you can return or exchange it.

Returns and exchanges

• You can return or exchange any item within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be new: unworn, unwashed, free of stains, with original tags attached.
• Returns are sent back by mail. Return shipping is paid by the customer. We don't provide pre-paid return labels.
• There is no restocking fee.

How to start a return

Email support@dashikitrend.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with the return address and a return form to put in your parcel.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what we confirmed with you, email us within 14 days of delivery with photos. We will remake it, replace it or refund you, and we cover the return shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we refund the item price to your original payment method within 3 business days. Original shipping charges are not refunded unless the item was damaged, defective or wrong. Your bank or card company may take up to 10 days to show the refund.

Exchanges

If you'd like a different size or colour, tell us when you email. We make and ship the new piece after we receive your return.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order for a full refund until production starts. We email you when it starts.
