Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping to countries listed below on orders equal to or over $59;

We charge $3.99 shipping on orders under $59.

Orders will be shipped in 1-2 working days after you place your order. 

We use USPS to carry most of the shipment

• Once an order is shipped out, the tracking details will be sent to you via email.
• You can also track your order following the tracking link in the email you received. If it shows no information updated yet please give it another day.

What if your orders is never received

Custom Duty:

Customs policies vary widely from country to country and customs duties are not always applied. Based on your country's customs rules, it is possible that your parcel will fall below that threshold level.

Please note that all shipments may be subject to Import Duty / Tax / VAT which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. 

We are not able to offer a refund for returned goods which are returned because the customer wishes to avoid paying any customs duties imposed.

2.When encountering with force majeure, the processing of orders will be delayed. Nevertheless, it is ensured that your order will be processed in a fast manner when weather permits. 
3.We take every reasonable precaution to ensure that products are not damaged, If the item is damaged in transit, please immediately contact us at service@doorofshopping.com within 3 business days after receiving shipping.

Orders Tracking：
After your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details. Once your item ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email including your order number, the carrier's information, the date and time the order was placed, the status of the order, and package tracking numbers for items that have shipped.You can track your items on the carrier's official website 24 hours a day.
