Light up sneakers can be easily charge with the usb cable that comes with the shoes. On full charge they last about 5-6 hours depending on the modes and colors used.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How do I choose the right size?
Please guide yourself by the size chart according to your foot length. it’s recommended to order the next size up if you are in between sizes. For example if you are a size 8.5 select a 9.

How do the lights work?
There are different options for selecting each light mode and different colors at a time. It does not have the option of you to control the lights by walking or dancing. You may choose between five different modes and seven colors: Red,Green,Blue,Yellow,Aqua,Pink,White and Solid,Flash, Pulse, Strobe,Auto .

Will they overcharge if plugged in too long?
No the batteries have a built in protection system to protect them from charging damage.

How should they be cleaned?
Do not submerge your light up sneakers in water or use a washing machine when cleaning them. You may use a clean lightly damped cloth for any stubborn dirt. Be careful not to use rags that will scratch the outside surface, and do not use chemicals as that can distort the color/shine.

Are they waterproof?
The shoes batteries are protected from water but we do not recommend wearing them in heavy rain or submerging them in water as it may cause damage to the lights

Is the power button inside or outside of the shoes?
The button is on the inside of the shoes. Please see the pictures in listing

What is your return policy?
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. If you would like to exchange your shoes I will be happy to help you or if you are not satisfied with your purchase just return the shoes back to me for a refund.
